Crash into apartment?
I couldn’t really tell what they were doing from where I was filming, but I know they were walking up and down the street, using their flashlights to look for something on the ground. Right before this, it was an apartment on fire alert sent out. I walked over there to check it out, but did not film anything. Then this alert came out so I walked outside my house to see if I could see what was going on but did not want to get too close and it was dark so I really couldn’t see anything.
