Looks like the kid had did something prior to this and had something on him. I saw the cop take out a zip lock bag for some type of evidence. The kid tried to take off, so I’m sure he had something.

Looks like the kid had did something prior to this and had something on him. I saw the cop take out a zip lock bag for some type of evidence. The kid tried to take off, so I’m sure he had something.
