We'll have lights on the person. Appears we can get a helicopter down for a rescue or possibly a swift water team, but as of now, the patient is static on the island.Engine 1, roger. Units responding to the river rescue, Duval, cross LA River, Engine 1's on scene. Has a visual on the patient, static on the island. Water rate, approximately 30 miles an hour, 4 feet high. Engine 1, roger.
