She did not look at her phone. She was crossing the street with 12 seconds left. The bus was turning right so they should’ve stopped and looked around first no matter what
@brooklynUser2050114008 thank you at least Someone finally sees it. She was not on her phone
This makes me so sad!! Someone’s baby is not coming home from school today
@Ayaanhammad A lot of these yellow buses do not follow basic rules of the road. I have seen many of them going past red and lights speeding some drivers do not care.
@Kitkat4kids I’m a school crossing and I agree with you, I have taken pictures of some of the school bus drivers to call their company and let them know the kind of people they hired as drivers and they have working with kids in the streets and driving in the city
Anyone who thinks that baby was at fault needs to stay TF off the roads, you have no business driving. Her light was in the process of changing to say dont walk but it was STILL HER LIGHT. The rule is to yield to pedestrians regardless if they're at fault but you MOST DEFINITELY yield to pedestrians when you're making a turn on their light. Not to mention, when you're in such a huge vehicle are you not supposed to extra careful & slow TF down??
