@Marty4cbj They looked like young teens and I’m assuming it was stolen bc as soon as it hit they took off running with zero hesitation.
How you hit an ambulance?
@ohioCbus3 The car didn't slow down or pull over so the squad had to go around to pass them. Squad switched back lanes, started slowing down to turn (car about a block back), squad starts to turn, car was speeding as is, but didn’t try to brake or nothing and smacked them.
