Lancaster 112 Boy, you have the handle 112 Adam, the assist, 503 JO, 47850 30th Street East in Lancaster, cross of Avenue East, correction, cross of Avenue E Edward 8. Unknown people came to Locke, asked for the owner of the truck by name, then told him if he did not speak with them, they would take the truck. Owner refused, CPs are outside taking vehicles. Phone is a BO. Informant advised 902 are on the way due to owner having chest pain. Fire on scene now, said deaths are near. Needed.
