People need to drive at the speed limit on that zone and they need to keep hands and eyes away from the cell phone. I see drivers looking down at their phone all the time
@LACountyUnleashed This is the root I take to work! There are very few guard rails up there so it’s really not safe!! Last week a deer came up from below and onto the road RIGHT in front of me!! Thank god I was going slowly and was able to brake! Also glad there was no other cars around and didn’t have to swerve to not hit it!!
