Close to SPCA… poor animals
Supposedly there were multiple spots of people lighting them
@anonmex had to be because people in all corners of Sac were hearing and seeing it. Concerted effort, crazy.
My guess is sideshow was going on truck tried to run from cops and crowd lit all the fireworks
