Ppl just don’t pay attention on the subways, if you see someone looking some type of way u will still stand at the edge? I see it all the time ppl stand with their back turned waiting to be pushed!!! Ppl need to pay more attention it’s sad! Hope the individual will be fine

Stop standing close to edge people. Wait in the middle til train arrives. I know sometimes this can’t be avoided when platform packed but honestly people are nuts. Also, mental illness such as paranoid schizophrenia they do not like people in their space. Hence pushing away in crowded areas, etc. I learned this when I was young and got pushed inside a train when I went to sit down. Basically be aware and careful out there.
