The young man was 22 years old, he was not intoxicated, he passed away, he was my cousin 😔 Emilio, he was just riding along the beach before heading to his friends house. It was a nice day, he enjoyed riding, he did have a helmet on . He was the youngest of four.

I don’t understand why some of the people posting videos would post one of the police trying to revive him. That’s just wrong… and voyeuristic. It makes me sick.
