looked like dallas police?
they let the lyft driver go & he’s driving away now. the guy they arrested was one of the passengers. the police also had something in a bag.
no clue, heard the sirens & it looks like the car is a Lyft, thy had guns drawn & made the driver walk backwards to them & then made the 2 backseat passengers get out with hands raised. someone is getting arrested now.
