Tell him to get down so I can pick up my order
@dabinski123 not sure why they didn’t clap him
72 hour hold & given medication, then released out into the wild with the medication & prescriptions & could choose not to take the medications & could right back to acting like this again. Seen it happen too many times right there at Ben Taub, everyone walking right out those doors to go catch their transportation. & some of them are only wearing just the hospital gown. The mental help system here is not for the patients, it is for profiting the businesses & pocketing the money.
addiction isn't a choice, it's a mental illness. same as diabetes, I can't just CHOOSE to make the right amount of insulin, just as this guy can't CHOOSE to be clean and sober. I'm a recovered addict myself, and I'll tell u rn it's NOT a choice
Mental health is serious and he needs help!
Mentally ill and drug addict are 2 different things
