Yeah why did they fire three times? Even if the first shot was "justified" the second and third were obviously not. Shooting a driver doesn't stop a vehicle, DHS own protocol says they should avoid putting themselves in scenarios where they need to use deadly force (like idk maybe the front of a vehicle). Why wasn't aid rendered?
Aid wasn't rendered because there was brain matter. And 3 shots is justifiable, I've seen bad cops mag dump for less (acorn falls)
