This location should’ve been fixed year’s ago and been on the historical record for Hollywood
They were going to knock this down. Watch German in Venice on YouTube- he did a video there.
@Shatlav saw that video too. A good one
We’ve been trying to get his hotel historic status, another icon left to rot and burn. Shame on our local council. Neglect will now likely cause loss of life too.
@DontShoo The 711 on Sunset and Sunset Sound right next to all this has artists no longer wanting to record at that legendary studio and constant assaults at that 711. Is it time to clean up that area.
I heard that story and I heard the story about Taylor Swift but the problem with that story is it had Taylor Swift walking across the street to go by herself coffee at 7-eleven. Number one I don't believe she drinks coffee from 7-Eleven and number two I don't think she would do anything for herself. I've been a part of too many recording sessions and seen too many people working as assistants to assistance to assistance to believe that story. But this is an old story at that location. I can remember in 1987 going in there to get my drinks late one morning and the homicide had someone drawn out in chalk on the pavement towards the front of that 7-Eleven parking lot because they have been shot to death in broad daylight in 1987. Those were crack days then. Then it became more gang days and then it became more just people living on the street.
