The CR-V was being driven by a man, and there were two passengers, including a young woman in the front passenger seat and an older woman in a rear passenger seat who was not wearing a seatbelt, according to authorities. The older woman was pronounced deceased at 11:26 a.m.
UPDATE: The male driver was arrested for DUI in the fatal crash this morning.
It was already noted that it was a fatal crash on the news. Prayers for this persons family.
