Really wish the person recording would give some verbal clues!! First and foremost, was a child really ejected? And the person recording you could tell us what you saw without stopping the live feed. My heart is broken. Please give us more info.
They asked him to stop recording. Pretty sure one was ejected. I wish the police would make people buckle their kids. I don't think they had car seats for any of them sadly. Two were injured but they looked okay. The other little was hurt pretty badly but will hopefully be okay.
It was a Hispanic male that took off on foot heading west on stop 10
