Would love to know why New York doesn’t mandatory add fire extinguishers to all apartments and houses cause this seems be a daily and constant problem 😭

@ElevenSheets they actually are supposed to have nearby clearly labeld fire extinguishers (per fire regulations), they look for these things during building code inspections which may mean that this building wasn’t up to code

Bless the FDNY. Saving people from neglected buildings -- it's been freezing out and there's been a huge surge of apartment fires. My guess is space heaters and overloaded circuits.
