10-4 Lieutenant. 4 XO, the 6 wire is asking if Eddie was removed from the track and if power can be restored. Absolutely, I'm 84, absolutely not. Do not restore the power. And no, she's not off the track yet. 10-4, you guys still need the power off on the local track, correct? Yes, 10-4. All units, 10-6. Yes, sir.
