The individual then fled the location on foot to an unknown destination. The victim sustained facial injuries and was transported by EMS to a hospital, where she was listed in stable condition.

From the photo it’s a 50/50 on him being a crazy and/or drugged up homeless guy. But there’s a large and ever-growing group of homeless drug addicts that live on the L platform there, they’re rarely removed and I’ve seen plenty of aggressive and unpredictable behavior
