Homicide Suspect Sought in Quadruple Shooting

During the course of the investigation, detectives were able to identify 43-year-old Roderick Randall of Sacramento as the suspect in the shooting. Randall is considered armed and dangerous. Police advised that they responded to the location at the Z Town Gastro Bar, regarding a report of a shooting on November 2, 2025, at 1:30 a.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered three victims suffering from gunshot wounds.
