Police believe the suspect arrived and left in a black 2016 Dodge Caravan. Investigators also said the suspect got out of a 2020 Nissan Altima before entering the van.
Investigators said the suspect followed the victim into the complex after getting out of a black van, ran toward the victim, fired several shots, and fled. Police said the suspect wore a black ski mask and a red T-shirt.
Officers found the victim with gunshot wounds at an apartment complex. Medics pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
