First off he did not jaywalk for you assuming so he waited like he was supposed the car ran the red light everything happened in front of a cop so think before you speak

This is tragic. In the past week a kid has been flying through intersections on his what I think is a razer. He never looks before crossing and is going so fast. I had to slam on my brakes twice this week. These kids need someone to talk to them about safety.
Probably dont wear helmets either
