There are way too many cars riding and parking in service lanes on belt pkwy. They use this emergency lane for passing. It is dangerously ridiculous!
@Scorpio15 I see it all the time. Many many cars pulled over on the shoulder, just chilling. I don’t know exactly what’s going on if they’re broken down, I’m surprised they don’t get tickets for doing that
