Someone literally rear ended my wife and I on the prospect expressway, and fled the scene. NYPD showed up an hour after we got hit. We were on the expressway for an hour before they showed up and did NOTHING. It’s still an open case with no leads and no effort to catch the people who hit us and fled the scene.
