Police said they were serving the warrant after suspect allegedly damaged property, threw objects at a hotel manager, and punched a building superintendent. Police said the superintendent suffered a brain bleed and remained in a coma at a local hospital.

An officer then fired three shots and hit suspect. Officers gave emergency medical care, but Davis died at the scene.
