@missj008 I lived in the neighborhood on 46th and 6th Av during the late ‘60s-‘70s. It wasn’t this bad back then.
Bbq and "get togethers" don't end well in this area.. mixture of liquor and stupidity. Sadness 😔

After the Party -its Yellow Tape, Empty Bottles, Empty Cigar fillings, and All garbage Just Left behind Allllll over the Place, it's DISGUSTING....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
