Alright, units in 12, this is coming over as an explosive device. Morgan and Randolph, Randolph and Morgan, going south on Morgan. It says three male Blacks, approximately 18 to 15-years-old, one was holding what looked like a rocket grenade, supposedly similar to what terrorists use. They had a black shirt on. That's all I got.
