The suspected shooter of the driver, 28-year-old Efrain Villalobos, was arrested at around 1:15 p.m. in Redondo Beach on Sunday, August 3, according to a news report from ABC7.
Villalobos allegedly walked up to the crowd, attacking Ramirez from across the street, and shot him in the lower back. He left the area before the police arrived.
The gunman wanted for shooting Fernando Ramirez, 29, the accused driver, has been identified by police as Efrain Villalobos, 28.
