Everyone is asking why do people leave the scene of a accident. The incentives you to leave the scene if you are on drugs or drunk you can be charged with homicide and in some cases murder. But if you leave the scene and show up with a lawyer 2 days later after sobering up you will only get charged with leaving the scene of a accident. It's sad but true. Most lawyers without ethics would even advise this to their clients. SMH prayers to the victims
