I live right across the street in a very nice Related building. I was making soup and my window was cracked open. About 20-30 minutes before the shots, I looked at my boyfriend and asked if he could hear all the commotion going on outside. There were clearly people yelling back and forth. I didn't look out the window because at this point I'm used to hearing ruckus. 20 minutes later - 12 gun shots. My boyfriend yelled at me to get down on the floor. He army crawled across the room to turn all the lights out. I poked my head up to peep out the window and saw a bunch of people running and screaming in all different directions. Police showed up within 2 minutes. Ambulance 2 minutes after that. Fireworks started 10 minutes after that. Horrible, scary, and praying for the family. This also makes me depressed feeling like I can't walk home from dinner out with friends. I don't feel safe
@newyorkUser1801686037 I've lived in the very same "nice related building" since longer than you've probably lived in new york. if you feel unsafe in an area, move. no one asked you to come here.
Only a racist would confuse Chelsea with the Bronx , but anyways, these kids need to put the guns down , I'm tired of hearing dudes who where quick to use a fire arm but get beat up all over rikers and upstate prison . The math ain't mathing God
This what they do in Fulton houses, they can’t fight so they shoot
can't just chill and have fun, always got beef...
