Saw the hit from my place. The car intentionally went full speed on the man. Police has told me the man made it and was alright
@ScarX yeah there was an argument prior to the man running him over
I bet the had tinted windows so you can't see the driver, AND the license plates were obscured. I see them all over the place and the NYPD is not cracking down.

Happened right outside my apartment. Group of 5 or so people fighting with someone and then car pulled up FAST and hit them. Turned around again and tried but sped off to LES
