Have we considered our roadways in the city are not keeping up with the increase of vehicles? The population is growing but out pacing our major arteries… Just a thought.
All we know; is a semi hauling Ammunition, was going too fast, and split in two at the Lowry Tunnel.. no clue on injuries yet
