Rangel is described as a 6'4" tall Latino man with long hair who was last seen wearing black cargo pants, no shirt, and no shoes. He has tattoos on his right arm and right-side ribcage that include: a pyramid, the Statue of Liberty, and a wolf.
Police were notified in the early morning hours of Friday, May 2 that Rangel had jumped into the East River. NYPD and FDNY Harbor responded but were unable to locate him.
Police and loved ones are searching for a missing 30-year-old man named Manuel Rangel, who was last seen near Domino Park on May 2, 2025 at approximately 4:00 a.m.

@muthufuka Exactly but NYPD harbor patrol and the drones stayed circling the spot he jumped. We kept saying he must be towards downtown BK by now the current was strong moving ain’t no way he was at the jump spot. But they didn’t move.
