A second teenager has been arrested in connection with the massive fire that scorched tens of thousands of acres in New Jersey last week. An unidentified 17-year-old has been criminally charged, with authorities saying he was partially responsible for the fire. The first suspect charged last week was 19-year-old Joseph Kling.
