I was there before the cops and I think right after it was a fresh crash. One of the drivers was running to the Jeep that was stuck in the tree taking pictures and trying to get that driver to not leave.
I just passed by there, too. I saw the police officer checking some papers he collected from the white SUV and then the guy in the black car backed up and parked in front of the SUV. I was wondering what happened too.
