- A large fire broke out at a three-story apartment building under construction at 138 N Carondelet St in Los Angeles, CA, on April 3, 2025. The fire was reported early in the morning, and firefighters responded promptly to the scene. Staging for the operation was set at Parkview and Beverly. Firefighters continued to gather information on the buildings involved and worked to contain the fire.
