That’s the Ansonia Hotel, 711 Post, between Leav & Jones. The city purchased it and opened it as a homeless shelter in 2023. Some riff-raff in the area, Urban Alchemy provides security on that block. I saw 3 people smoking fetty a couple months ago around the corner from the hotel, on Leav. No wonder the residents in that area were opposed to that shelter opening up in ‘23.

That’s the Ansonia Hotel, 711 Post, between Leav & Jones. The city purchased it and opened it as a homeless shelter in 2023. Some riff-raff in the area, Urban Alchemy provides security on that block. I saw 3 people smoking fetty a couple months ago around the corner from the hotel, on Leav. No wonder the residents in that area were opposed to that shelter opening up in ‘23.
