They sounded like teenagers getting excited about taking the video's. My head was turning sideways, upside-down, and all directions. I know my neck was getting physical therapy.

That’s above the hardware store.
The guy Joe that owns that hardware store is now about to deal with real issues if they put water on that fire above his store. And with these cold temps, that water will freeze up his store. Hope everyone in the apparent above the store are okay.
Hopefully not a major incident. Too many fatal fires lately :/
