CAT time 1430, disarmament confines in the 66. Authority of the 66 Lieutenant is calling in a level 1 mobilization in regards to a confirmed male stab. Mobilization point is 46 Street to 9th Avenue. Three male Hispanics fled down 45 Street, nothing further.
