Police report that three people were shot.

Police are expanding the traffic control area to include East 12th and 9th Ave as they locate more shell casings.

Can we East 12 and 10th Ave? I copy, 73rd's traffic. And, what do they need traffic control over there? 72, I'm on scene. We're working on figuring out where all the casings are. It's at least, right now it's 10th Ave and East 12th, but maybe longer than that. 72, I'm going to need eastbound traffic blocked off at 9th Ave and East 12th, please. Show me getting that spot.

Police on the scene have located four shell casings. Additional units have been requested for traffic control.
