For a man in the box for 15 minutes, 15 on a recent light, can advise if there is a backup in place. 10-4, Engine company 312. Man on the phone, Queens box 7516 on Steinway Street between Broadway and 34 Avenue for a manhole fire. All Queens box 7416 on Steinway Street between Broadway and 34 Avenue for a manhole fire.
