Two Shot, One Fatally

An individual in the street called the police. When police arrived, they found a 26-year-old man sitting in the street with two gunshot wounds to his neck and shoulder. Officers were informed by the victim that his vehicle was in the alley. When police found the car, they found another male victim, about 21 years old, who was unconscious and had been shot in the head. The CFD treated the 26-year-old victim who was found on the street and took him to a local hospital in severe condition. On the spot, the male victim in the car was declared dead.
