According to a Citizen source at the scene, a man and a woman in their 20s sustained gunshot wounds and were transported to local hospitals. A third victim has been pronounced deceased. At least 30 shots were fired.

Police advise they have recovered .223 and 5.56 shell casings.

We're going to have an unknown amount of suspects, but we have rounds recovered of 223 and 556 at the location. We're going to have a number of suspects.

Firefighters advise a total of three people have been struck by gunfire, with one currently in cardiac arrest.

Police are canvassing for witnesses and surveillance footage after a dark sedan was seen fleeing the shooting scene.
