According to a Citizen source at the scene, a man and a woman in their 20s sustained gunshot wounds and were transported to local hospitals. A third victim has been pronounced deceased. At least 30 shots were fired.
Police advise they have recovered .223 and 5.56 shell casings.
Firefighters advise a total of three people have been struck by gunfire, with one currently in cardiac arrest.
