I see police on their phones all the time. Half the time they don't signal or drive speed limit.
Everybody is talking about Rich that Guy is going to be. I don't even see that guy moving. He'll be lucky if he's alive after this. And hopefully not paralyzed.
I witnessed the cop on his phone, and I saw everything. It’s clear that badges feel they are above the law, making it acceptable for them to drive while texting.
