Wow!! This is a bad break!! I pray no one lives in a basement there and if so, they were able to get out ! It’s over for their belongings All those cars under water.. smh!! Their cars could be totaled. This is why the scripture says in Mathew 6:19-21.. lay up not your treasure on earth where roth and rust destroy and thieves break in and steal.. but lay your treasures in Heaven where neither roth or rust destroy.. and thieves can’t break in.. Meaning.. our possessions can be taken away.. just like that!! So don’t put your whole heart into your possessions..
