Teen Driving Stolen Car Arrested After Multi-Vehicle Crash

The 16-year-old driver of the vehicle that caused the crash was driving a stolen vehicle, per updates from NBC News.

@ChicagoUser943807003 and do most teenagers run away after crashing a car? Don’t see much about race, just saying this person likely stole the car and crashed it. Cars have plates and VINs, you only run if the car can’t be tracked, ie stolen
