Imagine if you were reduced to living on the streets. Do you know how scary that is, how tough you have to be to survive. Would you be able to sleep on the streets, literally sleep at night? NO, you wouldn't. Drugs become the highest commodity because it allows them to be numb and forget their worries. One time and you're hooked. These aren't bad people. These are broken people with no hope. If you really think about their situation you'll understand the ripple effect. Some don't turn to Drugs but are still vilified because they are the have nots. The ability to not give af about people and demonizing them for their struggles is not, NOT the teachings of any God you people claim to honor. Do better with your self-proclaimed righteousness. Rent is unmanageable, and the people that suffer the most are Black people because the world alienates them, refuses to hire them or provide them homeless services. It's really a failure of humanity.

@LosAngelesUser1023484026 I don’t agree. It’s obvious D-E-👁️ are after one race and it ain’t dark skinned people. Don’t pretend there is nothing to see or hear about in North Carolina. Evil manipulative people will lose

Happens all the time in that area.. the problem a lot of times is you see so many of them laying down you don’t know if they’re just high or dead

It's actually so scary. Yesterday I was walking down Vermont and saw the sticky pads on the sidewalk they use for shocking now and it made me sad and wonder if the person survived.

Need to clean up that area, as well as all LA. You see people shooting up in plain sight and trash everywhere.
