It was a crackhead trying to take two kids bike. They actually caught up to him and try to beat him but he ran. No cops anywhere though. Typical LAPD
@porneliushubbard when I walked by they were coming up behind him and then he saw them and ran and that’s when they told me that he try taking their bike. Last time I saw all 3 of them they were still trying to get him. He went running toward wilshire
