This is so tragic...right before the holidays. Now her family has to plan a burial service...smh. I pray God gives the family the comfort they need during this difficult time. 🙏🏾
It was a double murder suicide. Neighbor shot the man and woman then shot himself.

This no snitching mentality has got to stop! And these parents need to start paying attention to where there children are. Those 2 things alone could help but a lil dent in Philly's problems.
