What is a one year old doing in the street unattended by a grown up. Parents should get charged for leaving a one year old unattended
Ppl let their kids run wild in that neighborhood
I just do not understand why these parents are not holding or carrying their unpredictable 2 year old child to make sure this does not ever happen It's horrible and I wouldn't wish this pain on anybody ever .... parents please watch your precious children they are not replaceable and it takes 2 seconds of not paying attention
@9469 sometimes children are magicians at getting out of things and places that they don’t want to be in. It’s up to the parent to pay attention to the “talents” that their children possess, and act accordingly. “Talented” children can give you a life of misery, or if you pay attention and channel that talent…he may surprise you!
I like the way everyone is blaming the driver when it’s the parents’ responsibility to watch over your children at all times.
